Quail stuffed with mushrooms, broccoli and port wine jus. Not a pretty photo however,  divine on your tongue & in your mouth. 



Chocolate and ginger.
This is the same name as dinner dessert and even better! Dynamically balanced dessert: hot & cold, as well as  soft & hard--  always teasing and pleasing my palette

We always had reservations. After October 15, there's been a very dramatic drop in traffic on streets in Avignon as well as in the restaurants.
